On February 9, 2025, the Intania Chula Mini Marathon (ICMM) took place at Chulalongkorn University, drawing over 5,500 enthusiastic runners. PTTMCC proudly joined the event to promote sustainability by sponsoring BioPBS-coated cups at the hydration stations. We also showcased the BioPBS story at our booth and distributed environmentally friendly home-use planting kits to participants.
At the hydration stations, runners refreshed themselves with water served in BioPBS-coated paper cups—biodegradable and compostable. At our booth, we shared the story of BioPBS: how this bio-based polymer is making a difference in packaging and in community events. To bring circularity a step closer to home, we also handed out eco-friendly planting kits, encouraging participants to continue their green journey beyond the race.
This initiative would not have been possible without the strong collaboration and support from the ICMM organizing team and Bio-Eco Co., Ltd. Together, we turned sustainability from a concept into a practical, visible reality—proving that even large-scale public events can take meaningful steps toward a circular future.
